Patient data upload (functions for registered users only). Please register to start uploading files.

1. Click Browse to select upload file. You can upload only single DICOM file or Zip archive containing valid DICOM files. Maximum allowed upload file size is 20MB, maximum allowed number of files in archive is 300.
2. Add optional patient description in 'Patient notes' field.
3. To remove all personal identifying information in compliance with HIPAA, check "Anonymize", and enter new patient name in the "New patient name" field, or leave it blank to allow server to generate it automatically.
4. Press 'Upload patient data' button to start upload.

You will be able to access the data on uploaded patient immediately after upload finishes in "My Patients" archive via Universal PACS applet .

Please note that only DICOM or Zip archive with DICOM files with size not exceeding 20MB will be processed by server after upload; all other files will be ignored. The maximum number of files that server will add to database cannot exceed 300.
